These days , our eyes can easily damaged by so many things.

Then what should we do? we can’t let our eyes keep damaged, So I’ll introduce 2 way of how to keep our eyes healthy from now on.

Let’s find out together!

First, we need to eat well.

It’s very important because food has lots of nutrition.

Especially Vitamin A,C and Omega-3 are good for you.

For example , Oily fish has lots of Omega-3 like
mackerel, salmon, anchovies

And for Vitamin A :

Carrots include Vitamin A and beta carotene.

And Vitamin A help Night Blindness as well.

For Vitamin C :

most of vegetables and fruits include Vitamin C.

So eats fruits and vegetable regularly.

Especially Citrus fruits has lots of Vitamin C.

Secondly, Do not look the sun directly.

I mean, sunlight is very good for human, but UV rays are can harm your vision. so wear sunglasses when you drive , or jogging and so on.

Your sunglasses will protect your eyes from UV rays.
